Easy sticky pork Thai meatballs recipe made with spicy red curry paste for bold flavor. These juicy bite-sized meatballs are perfect as a party snack or appetizer, ready in under 20 minutes of cooking time!

🤔 What are Thai meatballs made of?
Thai meatballs are made with ground pork, red curry paste, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, and cornstarch. They taste juicy, savory, slightly spicy, and a little sweet.

🍚 Ingredient tips & substitutes
- Ground pork You can substitute with ground chicken or turkey for a leaner option, but the meatballs will lack fat and won’t be as juicy.
- Red curry paste Adds heat and bold Thai flavor; adjust the amount for milder or more spicy Thai meatballs.
- Ginger Freshly grated ginger brings a warm, aromatic kick.
- Garlic Use fresh garlic for the best taste.
- Fish sauce Provides salty, umami flavor. My favorite brand is Megachef.
- Cornstarch Helps bind the meatballs and keeps them tender.
- Cilantro (optional) Adds fresh, herbal flavor.
Serve these Thai pork meatballs with your favorite dipping sauce, like sweet chili garlic or hoisin peanut sauce, and let me know in the comments if you like them spicy or mild! Follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest for more!
