Ingredients

  • 18 oz ground pork
  • ½ ginger finely minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic finely minced
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • tsp cornstarch
  • cilantro optional, to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Mix ground pork with all seasonings, then add chopped coriander. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Shape into bite-sized balls.
  • Pan-fry over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
