18ozground pork
½gingerfinely minced

2tbspred curry paste
1tbspfish sauce

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mix ground pork with ginger, garlic, red curry paste, fish sauce, and cornstarch, then add chopped cilantro. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
