WELCOME TO Praew Cooks

Where we cook Asian food!

Hi, I’m Praew! Food blogger and the hands behind everything you see here. I share tried, tested, and perfected Asian recipes that are made easy for home cooks but full of flavor and heart.

I spent my teenage years in Belgium, and they looked a little different than most. While other kids were hanging out with friends, I was working in Thai restaurants after school and on weekends.

Looking back, it wasn’t the easiest time. I didn’t have much free time, but those long hours taught me how to cook, how to hustle, and how food can bring people together.

That early push shaped me into the cook and person I am today.

Now I’m back in Thailand, the place I’ve always called home. I started blogging in 2022, and Praew Cooks is my second blog. Since then, I’ve created over 300 recipes, each one carefully developed, retested, and made to work in your home kitchen.
