Vietnamese Peanut Hoisin Sauce

- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1½ tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp coconut milk full-fat
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1 small shallot finely chopped
