Add durian and condensed milk: Fold in the mashed durian and sweetened condensed milk until combined.

Combine: Gently stir the whipped cream into the durian mixture until smooth.
Melt gelatin: Microwave the bloomed gelatin for 10–15 seconds until melted, then stir it in.
Fill the jars: Spoon the filling over the crust and smooth the tops.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with fresh durian before serving.
