Ingredients

  • tbsp hoisin sauce
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 pork chops

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and water.
  • Add pork chops and coat well. Marinate for 1 hour or up to overnight in the fridge.
  • Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Grill pork chops 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and caramelized.
  • Serve with steamed rice and veggies for a complete meal!
