Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and water.
Add pork chops and coat well. Marinate for 1 hour or up to overnight in the fridge.
Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Grill pork chops 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and caramelized.
Serve with steamed rice and veggies for a complete meal!
