Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Combine all ingredients.
Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, and sugar to a small bowl.
Mix well.
Stir until the sugar fully dissolves and the sauce is smooth and glossy. Taste-test and adjust the flavors if needed.
Let it rest.
Set aside for 5–10 minutes before using, or refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 1 week.
