Ingredients
10ozdurian flesh
1cupheavy cream
1cupcoconut milk
¼cupsweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Blend ingredients: Add the durian flesh, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Whip cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Combine: Gently fold the durian mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined. Try not to stir too hard so the cream stays light and fluffy.
Freeze: Pour into a container, smooth the top, and tap it lightly on the counter to remove air bubbles. Place in the freezer, then after a few hours, mix once more for extra smoothness (optional) before freezing again until firm. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
