  • Small jug or cup
  • Serving glass
  • Straw (optional)

Ingredients

  • 4 oz durian flesh
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk sweeten to taste
  • tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  • Add the durian flesh, milk, and sweetened condensed milk, to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • In a small cup, dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Fill a glass with ice, pour in the durian mixture, then slowly pour the coffee on top for a layered look. Or stir everything together!
  • Top with extra durian chunks if you’d like. Enjoy right away while cold and creamy.
