1ripe banana
½tspbrown sugaradjust to taste
1pinchground cinnamonoptional
Instructions
Prep the banana. Slice the banana in half lengthwise.
Season. Place the banana halves on a plate (cut side up). Lightly sprinkle with sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. You can adjust the amount based on how sweet or spiced you like it.
Preheat the air fryer. Set your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and let it preheat for 2–3 minutes.
Air fry. Gently place the banana halves in the air fryer basket, cut side facing up. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until caramelized and lightly golden. Optional: Line the bottom with parchment paper or foil to catch any melting sugar.
Serve. Remove carefully (they’ll be soft). Serve warm with your favorite toppings like ice cream, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of honey!
